cython3-dbg software package provides C-Extensions for Python 3 - debug build, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cython3-dbg
cython3-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cython3-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cython3-dbg *
You will get with cython3-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
